Limited Lifetime Warranty

Fibersteel Boat Lifts, LLC (FS) warranties each boat lift TANK to be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser,  for the lifetime of the boat lift or Until the boat lift is sold, traded or transferred to the subsequent owner.

FS warranties the FRAME for the LIFETIME of the part and Five(5) years Labor.

The Remaining Galvanized parts and the BLOWER  assembly (GFI’s excluded) will

carry a Five(5) year arts and One(1) year Labor warranty.

The WEAR Items such as Bearings, Bushings and hardware are limited to Three(3)

years on Parts and One (1) year Labor.

This warranty is to become effective only upon proof of evidence of Original Ownership.

Improper use, Abnormal conditions, Acts of God or operating the lift contrary to the manufactures instructions are excluded from warranty claims.

All warranty decisions are to be made by an Authorized Fiberstel Representative.

The obligation of FS under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any part, which is judged Defective  by FS.

In addition FS will not be liable for any inconvenience, loss of time, loss of income or any other  special consequential damages of any kind or nature INCLUDING LIFTING A BOAT OTHER THAN

WHAT THE ORIGINAL USE WAS SET UP FOR.

The purchaser is responsible for transportation  cost.

This is the complete  FS guarantee.  FS or anyone in our behalf authorizes  no other warranties, either expressed or implied.

NOTE: Warranty does not cover damage to Boats, Docks, Boat Covers or Accessories.

* All   service calls will be charged $95 , AFTER one year from the installation date.
